It is then agreed that the item will be redonated to the auction as a PERPETUAL DONATION, yearly remembering the tragedy of Katrina, and all the life, both animal and human, lost in the devastation. At the bow of the Ark will be mounted ONE, not two, very miniature, hand-carved Airedale Terrier. This lone Airedale will stand as a reminder that as long as there is even one Airedale Terrier in need, Airedale Rescue will ALWAYS be there.
